DONATING TO GCEF

How you can help

The Grape Creek Education Foundation is a 501c3 organization. We are a non-profit organization and all donations are tax exempt.

The funding of GCEF is primarily from teacher donations thru payroll deductions. Our secondary fund raising happens in October through letters to area businesses. We sponsor a community wide flea market to collect food items for the local food bank. In the past we have sponsored the Bluegrass JamFest and the Butterfield Stage Days.

The first graduating class in Grape Creek was in 2000. We would like to encourage each graduating class to donate a scholarship for one student to attend college or trade school.

Another way you could contribute is to set aside a portion of your estate in your will. We have set up a scholarship fund with the San Angelo Area Foundation called the Grape Creek Education Fund. This will allow us to fund more students with larger scholarships and provide more for our teachers and students.
